    China Diabetes Impact Study is funded by IDF and technically supported by Division of Diabetes Translation of CDC. It is a follow-up study of China National Diabetes and Metabolic Disorder Study. A total of 12 study sites participated in the China Diabetes Impact Study. I am the national program coordinator and the investigator of Beijing study site. All study participants with DM, NDM and IGR were interviewed and collected information about their health care service use, medical expenditure, etc.
