In order to ensure utmost satisfaction on authors, Journal of Clinical Research and Ophthalmology (JCRO) adheres to transparent policies. We ensure that the manuscript is published within 48 hours of payment of Manuscript Processing Charges however if due to some technical snag manuscript is not published within one week of payment, the author is authorized to cancel the publication and claim for the full MPC paid.
Please note that the cancellation of the manuscript is not allowed after the manuscript is published. Cancellation of manuscripts will be considered only if the request is made before publication of the manuscript. The details of the corresponding authors and other authors will not be changed or cancelled after publication other than some typing errors. The cancellation policy will not be relevant once the manuscript is uploaded online. Manuscript cancellation request will not be entertained if any agreement is signed between the company and the client. If the manuscript submitted is found in the plagiarism checking, the manuscript is cancelled with the immediate effect. If, later than publication, JCRO considers withdrawing the manuscript from our website because of a breach in author warranties or if there is a request from the author for withdrawing the manuscript, there would be no repayment of open access publication fee.
