Born in 1984 in Syracuse (Sicily). After completing his high
school diploma, he moved first to Macerata (Marche) and then to Florence
(Tuscany) and Campobasso (Molise), where he completed his legal studies
(academic and professional), expanding in Milan (Lombardy) his training in
criminology, on issues of public and private security, and on the sectarian,
religious and occult matrix. Approaching the study of the human mind and
neuroscience, in those years, he also completed his psychological studies, and
then further enriched his education with other academic paths in pedagogy, philosophy,
and sociology. He is currently engaged in other professional and academic
paths, in health care, at the international headquarters in Lugano (Ticino,
Switzerland) and Ancona (Marche, Italy). Between 2012 and 2017, he held several
administrative positions between Rome, Syracuse, and Como, including managerial
positions, living one year (2019-2020) in London (UK), before returning to
Italy due to the pandemic. In 2021, he moved first to Ancona and then to
Lugano, to pursue his clinical career and is currently practicing as a Clinical
Psychologist and Forensic Criminologist, in addition to the positions of
Director of the Department of Psychological Sciences (FSA, Campania) and
adjunct lecturer for humanities and clinical subjects. He is a scientific reviewer
for the international publishing groups MDPI, Elsevier, and Hindawi. His
publishing activity, on the other hand, began in 2011, immediately after the
completion of his first academic studies. Legal and policy contributions
(2011-2016) have focused on the topics of private, criminal, administrative,
constitutional, tax, and health law, with a substantial national output in the
written form of doctrinal articles, commentaries on rulings, and popular
essays. Non-fiction and cultural contributions (2017-2019) focused on the
topics of criminology as applied to sectarian, esoteric, and religious cults,
and in psychology (educational in nature). Finally, clinical contributions
(2019-present) are published in international journals in the form of opinion articles,
reviews, and original research, in psychological and psychopathological,
psychosexual, parapsychological, and medical topics (the latter with special
interest in internal medicine, pediatrics, neuroscience, and psychiatry). He
has authored a total of 236 (updated to September 2023) contributions and is
the first signature in the clinical field of 66 innovative contributions,
including theories (T), models (M), questionnaires (Q), scales (S), protocols
(P), and diaries (D).
